Master Your Health Coaching Program

How Can Health Coaching Help YOU?

A Health Coach is your personal health supporter who will guide you to make healthier choices and positive habit change to improve both your physical and emotional health.

A Health Coach WILL NOT tell you what to do; but will guide, encourage and provide support.

We offer licensed Registered Nurses who will guide you to become the best version of YOU; to make your health a priority so illness does not take precedence. We each have our own story! Don’t let your story get in the way of your ability to succeed!

Wellness goals should not just be focused on diet alone. We follow a 5 Step Program to make sure your lifestyle is balanced which will in turn help you get “unstuck” and decrease overall inflammation in your body. This process can be done with positive guidance and your willingness to make some changes in your current lifestyle.

Boost Mode offers a Health Coaching Program that will target:

  • Your Mental and Emotional Health
  • Your Relationships
  • Your Physical Health
  • Your Nutrition

We will guide you on your journey by using the following tools:

  • Nutritional Counseling
  • Medical Weight Loss with GLP-1 agonists
  • Meal Planning
  • Stress Management
  • Grocery Shopping Guidance
  • Supplement Recommendation
  • Bloodwork
  • And More…………………………….

One of our Nurse Health Coaches will meet with you to determine your needs and what you are looking to get help with. The two of you will discuss the GOALS that you are hoping to achieve, then develop an individualized plan.

You will have the option of meeting with your Health Coach in person or virtually using video.

You will have regular meetings with your Health Coach and will be able to have contact with her in between your sessions via text or email.
