Pay attention to the serving size. You can cut the ingredients according to how many wraps you want to make.
This makes 4 servings. You may want to make enough for you and your family. Or cut the recipe in half so you can have 1 wrap for lunch, the other for dinner.
I have not tried to save a wrap for the next day. If you try it share with us in the group so we know if it gets soggy!
