Make this a Greek Salad! Serve over a bed of romaine or spinach to increase the veggies and fiber!
If serrved with noodles try Zoodles(zucchini noodles) which wioll increase the veggie serving and fiber!
Remember: This dish can be substituted for Shrimp, Fish, Salmon for a Vegetarian option(thats what I do).
