Tina’s Favorite Healthy Cookie Dough

Tina Butt

  • 1 Cup Non Dairy Yogurt- plain (I use either oat or almond based)
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter(I use creamy Jif Natural)
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Honey

Mix all ingredients together until blended. Yummy, Enjoy!!!

Try eating this in place of ice cream, cookies or other unhealthy sweet treat! It’s filling, therefore you don’t need much to satisfy your cravings.
